Non-dairy yoghurt culture with probiotics can be used to make non-dairy yoghurt at a fraction of the cost of store bought dairy free yoguhrts. It can be used with soy, coconut, lactose free milk as well as dairy milks. 

 

The cultures contains Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus wtih probiotics Bifidobacterium unimalis ssp. lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus.

 

The culture is vegan and is free from gluten, peanut, tree nut, sesame, egg, fish, shellfish, sulphites, celery, mustard, soy, bifidus, and lupine. It is also certified GMO free. 

 

Storage:

Included in the kit are two sterilised jars. The culture must be kept in the freezer.
